Pricing is summarised in the above table. Note that the main registration fee includes lunches and teas/coffees each day from Monday July 14th to Friday July 18th inclusive, the Welcome Reception on Monday July 14th (which includes dinner and drinks) and the Poster Session on Tuesday July 15th (which includes light bites and drinks).
The Short Course (on Sunday July 13th), Excursions (on Wednesday July 16th), and Conference Dinner (on Thursday July 17th) are separate components outside of the main registration fee with associated costs added on when these items are selected in the registration form below. For delegates who register, and then later decide that they would like to add one or more of these items, this is possible by filling in the form with the “Already registered” option in the registration field.
There may be some delegates locally who wish only to attend the Short Course on Sunday July 13th, but not the main conference. This is possible by filling in the form with the “Short course only” option in the registration field.
To complete your registration, you must pay using the PayPal button at the bottom of the form. However, while payments are handled via PayPal, you can pay using your debit/credit card, i.e., you do not need your own PayPal account.
